Family
We have been blessed to raise our 3 amazing daughters in Clinton Township. They were all Elite dancers and now have careers of thier own.They also have blessed us with 4 amazing grandchildren.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Truly understanding market conditions is very important. In this sellers market and multiple offer situations I have strategys to make your offer stand out.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Great pictures are very important. I can show you how to invest a Dime and get a dollar in return. Also my understanding
of market conditions can get you top dollar.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Well established home buyers with lots of equity that are right sizing. I also work with buyers scrapping together 5,000 to buy thier first home.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
After a home inspection I was able to help negotiate 10,000 in concessions for my homebuyer client. For another client we knocked down the sales price 30,000 dollars.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Might sound crazy but I got my real estate License when I was a senior in High school. I worked part time till I graduated from College with a BBA. I met a charismatic gentlemen at a game night while in High school and he explained what a real Estate carreer would look like.
