Gerrard was professional and polished through every step of our search. He went above and beyond to find us a home that would accomandate our growing family (I was 7 months pregnant!). He was also incredibly responsive to text and email at all times of day and night (sorry about that). I most appreciated having Gerrard around for showings as he was always thinking 10 steps ahead on what we may need to ask or consider in a new house.
