Riley was the ideal real estate agent for our family. His demeanor is very friendly, yet professional. This was our first house buying experience and it was the worst experience of my entire life when it comes to big financial investments. They said buying a house should be a pleasant experience especially your first house. This one... not so much. The realtors were never available when needed and couldnt answer simple questions we had and our primary realtor was gone for a month without telling us at all. Instead of finding the answers for us, they gave excuses and made us feel stupid for even asking. German himself had showed an obnoxious amount of unprofessionalism when he screen shot our messages we had back and forth when we were confused about certain things and re-sent them to us as if we would understand better. No one could ever give us a difinitive answer on anything. We found the house, we requested the appraisal, we made sure we had all the paperwork needed, and we did all of the following up. Some ask, aEURoewhat did your realtor do if you did all that?aEUR? And my answer to them was and still is unknown. The fact that they actually got paid no matter what because it was a VA loan makes me think they did nothing to help for that exact reason. German and his team couldnt even provide me the builders contact information to sit down and talk our issues out because they were afraid of us exposing their unprofessionalism. I wouldnt recommend at all to anyone at all.
