We recently had the opportunity to purchase a residence with Realtor Brittany Raia. With her professional and efficient skills, she was able to schedule the various home inspectors and worked closely with the buyers mortgage agent to ensure the requirements were met to satisfy the bank and the HOA. Deana was beyond amazing to work for. I met Deana a year before we purchased our house at an open house. I underestimated how difficult it would be to buy a house.
