The universe wanted us to work with Michael Miller. Michael helping us buy a home was our fate. Before we bought our current home, my wife and I had worked with Michael in previous years when we were looking for a home. I think it was around 2017 or 2018 and he happened to be the realtor selling a home that we were looking at. We got a great vibe from him right away. He is just so kind, casual, and professional. He is never pushy or arrogant. He is just always helpful and he really cares about you as a person. He is generally interested in getting to know you. He showed us some great houses in the area but unfortunately at the time, it wasn't in the cards for us to buy a place. Fast forward 7 years or so, Michael calls us out of the blue to check in on us. It was so great to hear from him! The funny thing is, at the time, we weren't looking to buy a place but the universe must have been trying to tell us something b/c not more than a month or so later, our landlord told us that he had other plans for the place we were renting. Well, it wasn't too hard to know who we needed to call back! My wife and I were done renting so we looked into buying a mobile home instead. I should mention also that we had talked to a couple of other realtors and they just didn't have faith in us. They told us that we didn't have a chance of owning a place in VT. This is where I must mention the enormous difference between Michael and other realtors: The main reason that my wife and I own our first home is b/c Michael had faith in us! He believed in us from the start and took us all the way to the finish line! He was there every step of the way. Not one moment did we feel like we didn't know what was going on or like we couldn't ask for advice through the process. Buying a home isn't an easy task but Michael really made it as easy as it could be for us. He was available every day and lead us through the process with expert precision and knowledge. He sent us really great housing options that were exactly what we were looking for and eventually we chose the one that was perfect for all of our needs. So, if you want to work with a super professional, down-to-earth, highly knowledgeable realtor who will treat you like a family friend and help you buy a home that really suits you, CALL MICHAEL MILLER!
