3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Medical is one of my specialties! Doctors, nurses, residents, and all the rest. I also work with relocation frequently. And then of course, listing any home within an hour of Grand Rapids. I am a listing expert in the West MI area.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I have worked through hundreds of transactions but one that just really hit me was a seller who worked with another agent and was not able to sell. We took a different marketing approach and after having worked for a full year with another person, sold the home in less than a week!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started by "flipping" homes and so I have the talent and know how to fix homes myself and have crafted myself into being able to market and sell homes. As well as give buyers a lot of guidance in the home buying process. My background in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying makes me very detailed.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My background in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying makes me very detailed as well as having been a past home "flipper", I have gained a lot of knowledge to help the buyers and sellers that choose me as their agent.
