Jerry listed, promoted and sold a modest (0.3 acre) vacant lot in Southold, NY, owned by my brothers and sisters by way of inheritance. He performed a very thorough market assessment of the value of the property, and established a fair but aggressive selling price in discussion with the sellers. His marketing of the property was extensive, using many online sites and hard copy publications, in addition to posting a hard copy advertisement at the site. The property sold extremely quickly (1.5 aEUR" 2 days), since it was located directly across the street from a senior citizens/assisted living residence.
