I originally agreed with Mr. Kassaev to act as a sellers agent but with the understanding that I would also be selling as a for sale by owner. During that time he contacted developers that may have been interested in developing the 6.568 acre property with multiple housing. He was extremely helpful in determining that the acreage was not what developers were interested in. At that point I gave him full listing rights and had numerous showings. A few offers were rejected when we got the offer that I finally accepted, and Mr. Kassaev negotiated the deal to where I got a full price offer. I would probably have taken less, but he knew how to read buyers and held firm. We had a successful closing on August 5, 2019.
