Sold single family home in Omaha 2022. Georgie found this house for me as a buyer in 1998 and was outstanding. I sought her out when I decided to sell upon retirement in late 2021. She was marvelous with advice on what to do to get the house ready, where to find carpeters, etc. Her help in assessing the local market and in winnowing down multiple offers was invaluable.
