ZillowVERIFIEDI had contacted George more than once, and finally he set up a time for Sunday evening to show a house for rent. As I did not get any confirmation from him as we got closer to the scheduled time, I contacted him. He responded that he had some health issues and needed to rescheduled, which is absolutely understandable. I wished him well and waited that he contacts me. As it didn't happen, I texted him a few days later, but he did not even send a short response. I am not sure if he really cares.

When we bought our house, he helped us negotiate with the seller regarding repairs that the property needed, he was so patient when our close date got pushed back a bit, and he went to bat for us when our lender was making up requirements that werent industry standard. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get everything taken care of, especially since things are a little wonky due to Covid.
