He has a sense of where to go, what to do, and how to handle it. All these qualities seem to be a casual but very focused knowledge and instinct of a situation. I have been enlightened more than once with the direction towards the completion of my home sale by George and the way he pursues the goal. I would whole heartedly say that listing with Real Trust Realty with him at the helm IS the way to go! He has an intimate knowledge of Citrus Hills and all the properties and various communities and has been immersed in them as and even before they were built. The truth comes easy.

George went to great lengths to make sure my wife and I were familiar with the community and its inter-workings. George picked us up at the hotel (which he guided us to) and then proceeded to drive us around the local area showing us the all of the local attractions that the area has to offer. That allowed us to be very comfortable with the area in a short period of time. I have never had a realtor go to that length to make sure we knew all the area has to offer. After showing us several homes that were all very nice, they just werent the perfect fit. He then worked his magic to allow us to see a home that he knew was coming on the market soon. It was perfect! George guided us through the offer process and everything went flawlessly straight through to closing. George was highly communicative throughout the process and beyond. Even today, one year later, if I have a question about where to find the best option for anything from healthcare to auto repair all I have to do is call George.
