About George Simic

Purchasing a home is an emotional process. I've done it myself and, as a Realtor, I help people through it every day. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a step-up buyer, I will work with you to make this process as easy and enjoyable as possible. Regardless of your goals, I live for those wide-eyed, "this is it!" moments with my clients. My work in this industry began at a young age. I worked with my father in the family property management, construction and remodeling business. This helped me learn all aspects of the business including researching new development sites, conducting showings, and coordinating and placing bids for new properties. George was our agent for both buying and selling. He immediately honed in on exactly what we wanted, maybe even before my wife and I could articulate it. During the buying process George was patient with us as we were debating between building a new home vs. purchasing a pre-existing home. He introduced us to several builders, while also going on home tours with us. He was very candid and upfront with the positives and negatives of each home and home builder. Ultimately, his advice and expertise in the local Naperville market helped us to get the perfect home.For the listing of our old home, George was wonderful with marketing and getting our home ready to list.
