My father worked with George back in 2011 to find and purchase his new home in Snowden Grove. My fathers experience working with George was so good that we reached out to him in 2021 to hire him to sell my fathers home that he had once help my father find and purchase.I knew George was the right real estate expert when I meet with him at my fathers house to discuss selling it. George was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. George ended up presenting us with 11 offers in 3 days and we sold the home. If youre looking for a realtor thats very knowledgeable, professional, and and great to work with, George is the guy to hire!

George sold my house, and he provided a contractor to address issues that were required by the lender. As we were out-of-state, this was important and expected. Otherwise, I found George to be disorganized and overly lengthy in explanations that he assumed were needed. When I had questions I often had to restate them multiple times to get the information I was seeking. I am thankful that I kept every document he sent, as he asked me for an important document that he had misplaced. Wrong names and misspellings on contracts were some of the additional issues I had while working with George. We had a difficult sale that went through multiple contracts. In the end, the buyer was one that I reminded George about: he had made an offer during a previous listing period. George had forgotten the offer existed. I would not recommend him.

Kristin definitely went above and beyond what most real estate agents will do. Whenever anything was needed she handled it right away. Since I was living in a different state while trying to sell, she handled a lot of things at the home for me. I only wish she could be my agent for buying a house in Texas.
