About George Patton

Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, George moved to Lee County in 1998. He entered the real estate Industry in 2003 and has been a top volume producer in Cape Coral and Lee County ever since. His objective is to provide the best service and information to his clients and to help them make the best possible decisions. George aims to serve as a comprehensive resource for all his clients' needs from buying and selling property, to new home construction, rentals, remodels, property management, and more. George understands the value of giving back to his community. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Municipal Cape Coral Charter School Foundation where he assists in fundraisers that provide scholarships, mini-grants, capital contributions, and teacher recognition programs to the Charter School System. He enjoys spending his spare time with his two talented daughters, golfing and fishing. Working with people to discover their dreams has always come naturally to George and he thoroughly enjoys helping people find their Florida dream home. Extremely likely. George was patient, diligent and very knowledgeable not only of the housing market but the different areas I looked at. I personally looked at 88 homes and George never lost his patience and was always willing to show me another house on my list and steer me away when he knew the property or area wasnt what I wanted. I wish there were more stars than 5 because George Patton deserves more stars than 5. Not just because of his experience and knowledge, which are extensive, but because my husband and I felt like George was a partner, not just a realtor.
