Looking for our first home was tough and we would have not been able to do it without Jennifer. We were working with another agent for a couple of weeks but he was not responsive and would show us homes that did not fit our criteria. However, we were fortunate enough to be referred to Jennifer. She was quick and concise. She asked us for our criteria and our budget and sent us home listings right away. We had a rough time since the market is very hot right now. Homes would sell within days and we had to move fast. We made multiple offers and finally were able to get one of our offer accepted. The closing process was complicated and filled with hiccups, due to our lender. Still, Jennifer would be responsive to all our questions in a timely manner. She kept us up to date with everything we needed to complete and we finally got everything set. She made the home buying process as easy as it could be for us as first time home buyers and I would highly recommend her!
