After a short stint in the restaurant industry, George quickly found that he had to follow his calling into real estate. "I make dreams come true by building strong relationships." Is the very statement that gets George up every morning. After just a year in sales, George rose quickly to the top 10 in the most productive real estate offices in Portland; his company brokerage soon approached him for a full time management position. After managing several locations, George now trains and equips real estate agents, and enjoys building strong relationships with his seller and buyer clients. He has built his team with an emphasis on serving others per his core values. George also has a fulltime job as father to four beautiful children, Michael, Gabriel, Selah, and Evangeline. Life couldn't be better!

Follow a proven repeatable process to sell your home and get maximum dollar, in the quickest time, with the least amount of hassle. There is a buyer for every home, no matter what, you can accomplish your goals.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All kinds....from first time buyers to multi million dollar listings and everything in between.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Sold a recent listing for $100,000 over asking price. Sounds crazy right? Well, we started the pricing at $1.7 Million, and ended it at $1.8 Million.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Head first with no money and no Plan B....I had to make it work. This business has no benefits, no consistent income, no salary....what you do is serve others and the rest takes care of itself.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
My certifications in Negotiations and marketing. I've been coached and/or trained by the best in the industry. Also, I've had the honor of helping hundreds of other agents to success which has served me well.
