1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Do you research, but be flexible. Do not over-purchase.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Stage the home for selling! Price according to the market not what you thinks its worth or want from the proceeds.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
1st time buyers, to move up buyer and to retires in all price ranges.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my past customers had a short sale, we waited 3 years and now we have purchased them a new town home
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
In 1979 I was a sales manage for a home builder. Then I owed my own home building company and became VP, and President for a regional and public traded company, before general real estate.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have 40 + years of new home construction experience. I know construction and I understand the process plus what it takes to either get a home SOL:D or purchase a home. I have been a licensed general contractor, real estate broker, mortgage broker and served on the Board of Directors of 10 years warranty company.
