ZillowVERIFIEDGeoff helped me locate the right property for me, and that started by having the local insight and wisdom that someone new to the area, like me, did not have. But he showed properties, checked on any number of different questions I had, and then patiently walked us thru the purchase process. While that might not seem like a great deal, in our case there were title issues for the seller that had to be resolved, so he ended up stepping up and doing 10x more than any normal sale. He did it all with a graciousness and class that showed the real man he is. When things are easy and lucrative it is easy to be nice, but when things are difficult and it is costing you something...you get a peek at the real heart. Geoff came thru as the consummate professional, and I would dare say a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIEDHe helped us with the negotiations and showed us homes that matched what we were looking for. After making an offer on the house we wanted, he lacked communication and follow ups. He didnt pay attention to what was happening, so the sellers realtor helped us through the waiting period, and the closing documents. I was very disappointed in him, so hopefully if hes your realtor you will have a better experience.
