ZillowVERIFIEDI had been looking at homes for some time, but selling my home (knowing the real estate market was changing) and buying another one scared me. Geoffrey worked with me on staging (eliminating clutter), photos and pricing. I did not want to be one of those sellers that lowered prices every other week to keep up with the housing market. Seven showings and 3 separate offers later, we received full asking price and I made a low offer on another home, waiting for a counter and the offer was accepted. Geoffrey set it up that we would close on the same day on both homes. I have to say I was a bit nervous, but knew I was in good hands with The Jablonski Group and glad to say it was a success! In the end it was a team to make it all happen and I am truly thankful.

He was enormously helpful throughout the buying process, from identifying the right properties to negotiating the right price and managing the process. He even helped us after the sale to identify contractors to handle renovations. We were not living in Arizona when we were looking for properties, so we relied on Geoffrey to be our eyes and ears on the ground. His honest assessments helped us weed out properties that looked good on paper (or more precisely Zillow) but didnt really meet all of our criteria. Overall, dealing with Geoffrey was definitely an A+ experience.

We moved from the mid-west out to AZ and he provided amazing insight into the area and helped us quickly find a new home with limited time to move! Geoffrey was very thorough in his follow up throughout the entire process, and extremely personable.
