Long story follows....3 years ago, we decided we wanted to purchase a home and reached out to Geo for information. At the time he informed us of the necessary steps but I am not someone who wants to follow every single step, if there is step I see that I can skip I will jump. 3 years ago, I jumped too high and too far. Needless to say, we didn't get past the qualifying process and our dreams of being a home owner were shattered. Rest assure this was not on Geo but on our own financial circumstances and MY unwillingness to follow instructionsGeo called with the sad news and we were beyond devastated but Geo's words of encouragement and advise at that time kept pushing us. Even after we were informed that we were not qualified for a purchase we continued to bug Geo about listed properties and he gladly gave us information.Fast forward 3 years, we felt we were ready to try again. Low and behold we qualified! We made sure to reach out to Geo and he immediately got us scheduled to see homes that we were interested in, even ones that were not listed but were something we were looking for. 3 years passed and Geo still knew what we had originally wanted, that says a lot. Within days we chose the property we wanted to make an offer on and Geo ran with it. Since Geo has been in this business for several years he has come to know other agents and how they work. Geo was upfront with us to make sure we were never caught off guard during the whole process, up to the second we received the keys to our home. There was never a time where Geo was not able to explain a document we didnt understand; trust me there were a lot of documents. There was never a time where we were unable to reach Geo; we had access to him via call, email, text and in-person.There is nothing we regret about our experiences with Geo. In fact, we are relieved that the first attempt 3 years ago did not go anywhere because today, we are owners to an even more beautiful property than we could have ever imagined. We have not only been blessed with a home but we have also been blessed in forming a bond with Geo. We have thanked Geo a million times but it never seems to be enough because he was the one that encouraged and motivated us when we were down. There were times during the process I gave up in finding that home, but Geo encouraged me to keep looking and when the time is right it will come. Sure enough it came and here I am as a homeowner.
