We visited Prescott in 2020, and loved the area. We wanted less heat than Phoenix, four seasons, trees, and a small town feel. And our needs were very specific: One story, 2400-2800 sq ft, and privacy. Three years later we decided to go for it. On a Friday night we found a home we liked via an online search, and requested more information.
