About Geni Astorg

Geni began her career in 2007 and achieved multi-million dollar producer her first year in the real estate industry and continues to be a consistant multi-million dollar producer. Geni is the owner of Arthur Agency LLC which provided Customer Service Seminars to retail based businesses as a consultant and was the owner publisher of A Woman's View tabloid for 5 years. Due to her success in building the business the West Virginia SBA awarded her the Woman's Business Champion in 2007. As the publication grew she made a personal business decision to sell and devote herself to full time real estate sales. She enjoys the repeat business from the years of building positive professional relationships with satisfied client's and referrals. Geni has volunteered giving back to her community. She has served on several volunteer Boards of Directors,. She has been very active at the Parkersburg Art Center serving on the board for thirteen years. She has served on the Mid-Ohio Valley Tourism Board of Directors, working to market the geographic area of the Mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding areas. Geni has been active on Realtor related committees and served as Chairperson of the Realtor Community Service Committee, for 4 years and has served on the local Realtor Board of Directors. She worked with the committee to plan events to benefit organizations in need within the community and planned a Live Auction with all the proceeds benefit people in need for the Holidays and generated more funds that any other fundraising event the Realtor community had achieved. In 2016 she was named Realtor of the Year by the local real estate board. In 2022 Geni is volunteering her time and participating in the Habitat for Humanity-Women's Build, home project. I was looking for a new home that would allow me to move my Mother in with me. Geni listened to me when I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several houses that had what I needed. Geni did a wonderful job finding these homes since I was looking in September and October when there are not many homes up for sale. I purchased a house in November and she was very helpful during the closing process. I would use her again if I every decide to move again.

Geni was great to work with. She was able to find a home that met our needs and most of our wants. Geni is very patient as we requested to look at over 30 homes. She knew the area well and made good recommendations on preferred locations. She was able to accommodate our schedule as we were only available on weekends. Once we decided on a home she put her negotiation skills to work. WOW! She is a master at negotiation. She makes the process as easy as it can be and kept us informed every step of the way. We lived in our previous home for over 25 years and were uneasy about going through the process of relocating to a new area and buying a home that we could potentially live in for the rest of our lives. My husband and I are pleased with our new home. The location is perfect and there is plenty of space. I would highly recommend Geni to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
