First-time home buyers are probably my favorite clients because I enjoy helping them take each step through financing, the offer, negotiating, inspections, and closing. I also enjoy working with people who are relocating to Central Illinois, and helping them find the right community for their family. But it's also rewarding to work with homeowners who are ready to purchase a larger home, and make room for a growing family. If you're thinking of buying or selling real estate, I look forward to helping you make your next move. Personal Life: I grew up in Tremont, and married Teri in 1982. We lived in Morton for 5 years, and returned to Tremont, where we raised our 3 children, Nick, Ryan and Megan, who are now adults. During the past 30 years, I've volunteered on various boards and projects throughout the community, including the Tremont Fire Department (15 years), Tremont Park District Commissioner, Tremont Education Foundation, Tremont Winning Communities, Tremont Betterment Association, and the Tremont Turkey Festival General Chairmen. In May of 2016, Teri and I moved to East Peoria, but I continue to spend much time in the Tremont/Morton/Pekin area. In my spare time, I enjoy running, cycling, and swimming, and the sport of Triathlon. In 2012, I completed my 5th Ironman Triathlon (2.4 miles swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run) in 13 hours, 4 minutes. .... but I can do better. ;) But I'm NEVER too busy to help you with your real estate needs. ALWAYS think about your "Exit Strategy". Make sure you are purchasing a home that will be easy to sell some day, when you're ready to move.

Walk through your home, and view it as a potential Buyer may view it. Write down anything that needs to be updated or cleaned up.
