Gene Krutyansky is a no nonsense licensed real estate broker who is a proud member of the local, state, and the National Association of Realtors. He serves as a director and current President with the Metro Centre Association of Realtors and has successfully been self-employed since his early twenties. After acquiring his real estate license in 2002, he worked for Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX Platinum before buying the 2 Platinum offices in North Brunswick and Monroe Twp in 2006. Knowledgeable, patient, and able to navigate the ups and downs of the real estate market with ease, Gene is known for always going out of his way to ensure that his clients are well taken care of. Gene has been wonderful to work with. He helped us buy a house in 2003 and selling the same one in the beginning of 2019, this was our first time selling a house, so we were a bit nervous, but Gene mad the process very easy and he gave us simple suggestions for getting the house ready to sell, he helped us during and after the process to insure that we are happy with the sale ,I highly recommend him and his team in getting you into the home that you want.

Gene was great from start to finish with helping us sell our home. We listened to him every step of the way and we got the results we hoped for... selling our home at the right price and quickly. When Gene came for our first appointment he was up front and engaging. He gave a list of items to be touched up and repaired which was more than what other realtors asked for but it was so worth it to put in the work to make the house the most attractive. Other realtors also told us to take our own pictures but Gene brought in a professional who took beautiful photos to give the house an optimal online presence. His professionalism, knowledge and guidance are what make him a 5-star realtor. Buying and selling can be an emotional and stressful process but with Gene by our side we could not have asked for a more successful experience.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

The first step is knowing your buying power so you'll need to get a pre-approval from a lender. Next is hiring the right agent to work in your best interest (there is no charge to you). We will send you homes to preview based on the criteria you provide and then go shopping for your new home. We will keep you updated with all the info you need from start to finish and are always available to answer all your questions! We can recommend everyone you'll need to get to closing such as an attorney, lender, title company, home inspectors and anyone else you may need.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Selecting the right FULL-TIME Realtor is crucial to your success of selling your home quickly, for top dollar and with the least amount of inconvenience. Someone that knows the market trends, the neighborhood where you live and can be your advocate working for you and only you. Pricing is very important. We know how to price your home correctly without giving it away! We can help you stage your home so everything shows and flows nicely during showings. We can advise you on curb appeal, de-cluttering and staging your home. Make sure you're hiring a full time professional. We hire professional photographers to take pictures of your home, we do not use our cell phones for pics!

3) What types of clients have you worked with?

We have worked with first-time buyers and sellers, seasoned and first-time investors/flippers. We have worked with everyone and can help anyone with their real estate needs.
