About Gelinda Mudgett

Decided to go into real estate when my family moved back to Arkansas when my husband retired from USMC. He has since retired from law enforcement as well and helps me in my everyday real estate business. It has now been twenty five years plus and I still love it as if it were the first day into real estate. Some of my achievements are past president of our local board of Faulkner County Board of Realtors 2014/2015 -REALTOR(R) of the year 2015! I chair Awards and the Policy and Procedures Bylaw committee. I hold a certified residential specilaist CRS(R) designation, an ABR Accredited Buyer designation, AHWD At Home With Diversity Certification, and the prestigous C2EX with National Association of REALTORS (R). I highly recommend Gelinda if you are selling a home. Glenda is very knowledgeable about the market and is great to work with. We were relocating out of state so she was the one that met with the repair men and painters to ensure our house was ready to sell. Every time I asked her if she could meet someone she said yes, she even communicated with them on times to meet so I did not have to worry. She truly went out of her way to make the process stress free for us.

My husband and I loved working with Gelinda! She's very knowledgable and clearly enjoys her job. She was patient with us (we are new home buyers and knew next to nothing about the process of buying a home), and she kept us updated on new houses she thought were a fit for us. We were able to buy an amazing home in a great area because she jumped on it first thing!Needless to say, we are using her to sell our old home.Definitely five stars!
