ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not possibly give a higher recommendation in regards to Geia Roberts. Two summers ago, my husband and I planned a relocation move to the State of Washington. On one of our visits, we found Geia...and she took time with us on the only day we had in WA, before returning to our current residence to begin the selling process on that end. We ended up choosing to rent for a year in WA, instead of buying from so far away, and Geia sent friendly check-ins during this time. (She stayed in contact with us for a YEAR, when we were waffling with indecision about moving.) When it was time to begin actively looking to purchase, Geia was by our sides for all of it. She DOES pay attention. And when I cried, she soothed. And when I needed a laugh, she rocked my world. We thought we were "easy buyers/not picky," (uh oh! Not true!) and yet Geia stayed steady with EVERY curve-ball we threw her way. Both my husband and I were inexperienced buyers, and Geia was able to educate us a great deal. In the end? She most definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. If you are a person who's not quiet certain...call her. Make that phone call and celebrate that you've taken one thing off of your "to-do" list when buying or selling! Living in our Dream Home and loving it...all credit to Geia Roberts! (And our dogs thank her for their fully fenced back yard. :)

ZillowVERIFIEDI can't recommend Geia enough - she is fantastic!! She has represented us both as buyers and as sellers and showed an equal interest and dedication in both situations. She responds quickly to e-mails and phone calls (answering calls most of the time, unless she is with another client) and when you need her attention, you have it fully! There were some bumps in the road of both buying and selling our homes and Geia was always right there to problem solve and reassure. I really felt that Geia was genuinely motivated to help us find our dream home, and sell our previous home quickly! I have worked with several agents over the years and Geia easily stands out as the best. If you need an agent, work with Geia - you won't be sorry!
