Don't lease a property from her! after two years she didnt re-new my lease because I was calling and sending pictures of a/c leaking all over floor, sewer issues, She said she was tired of all the complaining and that she was gonna put it up for sale And wasnt going to be responseable for anymore plumbing repairs . I had to wait three days for the a/c man to come out in August, the worst part we had to go outside to use the BR. told me she was no longer going to pay for plumbing issues,, So i had to pay $120 for a plumber a day before Thanksgiving with family in from out of town. She increased my rent 40% also, we I gave my 30 days notice I found a place , they are great landlords .

she replied to my request via email w a vague aEURoelook over rental guidelines and callaEUR?. I called and introduced myself and she rudely said aEURoedo you have a question?aEUR?. Well I sent in a request to see property and you told me to call . She replied aEURoedid you read rental guidelinesaEUR?? I did . We set a time. In closing I asked if she could bring application bc I didnt have access to a printer. She said aEURoenow if you would have ACTUALLY read that criteria you would know the answer and I dont know why I even bother asking bc no one reads it anyway . I told her I found her comments both rude and unprofessional and she literally HUNG up on me. From the first second she answered her phone she had an attitude. The owners are going to miss some great tenants due to this woman: She absolutely shouldnt be working w the public:
