ZillowVERIFIEDI'm not one to write online reviews, but will make an exception in this case. Gavin and his team did a phenomenal job selling our home. My wife and I were nervous about the state of the market in early 2023 given the data we had seen over the last 6 months (homes in our neighborhood hadnt moved for many months). When first meeting Gavin, we were in the mindset of pricing to sell, but his intuition was that the market was going to pick up quickly. We did increase the price, but should have really listened to him as we could have sold for more (but thats on us). He has clearly cultivated a strong network of potential buyers/sellers which really paid off for us. Finally, the entire process was super smooth and efficient yet buttoned-up from end-to-end. We were particularly impressed with how hands-on he was willing to be despite his reputation and success. Excellent execution at all phases of the game.
