I am a home owner and live in Bay area - I was looking for real estate investment in Fresno. I met Gautam after few other real estate agents who lives in Fresno town. I found him polished and experienced, very focused on clients interest. He explained me about the Fresno market and what moves and what not w.r.t real estate. I was clear on what - I could not have imagined a real estate agent could take is time to show round around 15 properties in a span of week while taking me around the town educating me about the culture, events and making be aware of what is good/gold, bad and ugly - where to invest and where not to touch. He is very professional at work yet friendly, 100% service oriented and very helping by nature. He has been helping me in several ways - very knowledge on business formation and taxes which he does not shy away to share, introduced to helpful contacts, helped me in getting a property and also with walk-throughs and always making me feel he there if I need him. He assisted me in finding good deals for landscaping and window blinds for the new homes - he supervised the work and got them done while being very patient and cooperative in accommodating changes. He said the first day, I offer 100% service and he delivered beyond it. I am one happy customer..I can vouch for him. I referred my few friends who also went ahead to invest in Fresno and Gautam helped them find their investment homes, and likewise extending his help from purchase to finding a tenant, and beyond.
