A family friend of mine referred Sophie to me and I felt lucky to have Sophie as my buyer agent. Faith and I connected through Zillow when we started exploring the home search process and looking back I am so glad and pretty sure we wouldn't have found a better realtor. She was on top of things all the time, understanding our likes and dislikes so that we could quickly identify the property we loved. Her follow up was amazing during the negotiation process with the sellers. She was an excellent guide through the mortgage approval process connecting us with multiple banks and past acquaintances so that we got the best rate when interest rates were steadily going up. We closed on schedule and she is still helping us do some small fixes to the house before we move in.
