I have started, owned and managed several profitable companies in the service sector including janitorial, moving and storage, office coffee service, telemarketing, commercial landscaping ,and international employee relocation management. Having owned and sold these companies over the years gives me a unique understanding of my clients needs when selling or buying a business. I was the 2012 and 2013 President of the New England Business Brokers Association, a founder of the Business Broker's Alliance of New England and the current Chairman, a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, Rotary and a licensed Merchant Marine Captain. I am also a member of IBBA (International Business Brokers Association), the M&A Source and a Certified Business Intermediary. In 2014 I was awarded the M&AMI designation. (Mergers and Acquisitions Master Intermediary) This designation is held by less than 200 of the worlds most qualified middle market intermediaries. The designation requires education, but most importantly, the successful completion of multiple middle market deals and regular peer review. I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker in MA, NH, RI, GA and Maine. I enjoy biking, boating, kayaking, hiking, reading and of course my family.
