Gary Potts and his team were recommended to my family by mutual friends. My wife and I were both impressed from day 1. Gary is the ultimate professional and always took time to take our calls and addressed our concerns as we toured multiple homes. He was extremely accommodating working with our busy schedules, often meeting us well after hours during the week. We never felt rushed to make a purchase or felt any pressure at all. When we asked for advice, we got it. Honest feedback is not something you see a lot of these days. When we toured a few homes that were not a good fit he did not waste our time and we moved on. When writing offers he guided us through them holding our hands the entire way. When bidding wars occurred, he provided sound advice and told us when to walk. Eventually we came upon our dream house and put Gary to work. He fought for us every step of the way during the negotiation and inspection process. These are things I typically handle but Gary took if off my plate and did a wonderful job. The seller's realtor would push back yet Gary stood firm and at the end of the day we now live in our dream home. His assistant Alaina also went above and beyond. If Gary was showing a home or doing an open house, she was always there for us. One of their best assets is open communication. Alaina was a master at keeping everyone on task and lining up things that had to be done. I am a very hard person to please and have nothing but amazing things to say about Gary and Alaina. After the home was purchased, they both stayed in touch. I needed a few things fixed around the home and they both put us in touch with recommended contractors, who have all been nothing short of amazing. Most realtors get paid and walk away, not Gary and Alaina. They still check in to this day, which says a lot about their character and core values as good people. My kids see Gary out and about and still run up to him for a hug. Being the man he is, he always takes time to talk to them and ask about school and sports.
