We used Garys services for selling our current home as well as buying our new one. He came through and helped us figure out what to update for a quick sell and what wasnt necessary. We were able to accept an offer on our current home the first day it was listed. Gary was very knowledgeable in the area we wanted to move to as well. He made every effort to be available day and evening to answer any questions we had. He made time each day to make sure we felt important as clients. He explained everything to us in regards to each document we were to sign along with any upfront fees. He made the process very stress free. Once we closed he went above and beyond to assist us with finding answers to some questions and called to check on how we were settling in. My Wife and I had a great experience shopping for a house with Gary. He gave us all the time we needed to make up our minds. Never at any time did we feel pressured into buying a house unlike our previous experience. He'd let us use our heads than our hearts before making the big jump of buying a house. For us, that was a big deal. We found Gary to be honest in that we would like a house that was overpriced and he'd let us know that we weren't getting a good deal.
