Gary was very helpful and very patient. Answered all my questions and if he didn't have an answer, he found the answer. I would come up with a list of properties within my price range and he would make arrangements, almost immediately, for me to tour the property. Sometimes giving me a very valid reason why I didn't really want to buy a property. I think I'm in the last home I'll ever own but if the need arises, I would definitely call Gary again.

Gary has been an incredible realtor. We first started looking for a house a year ago and he has stuck by us the whole time. He was always ready to answer any questions we had, which was quite a lot because we are first time home buyers. He showed us many houses and sometimes multiple in one day without any complaints. He worked around our schedule even if it meant working with us later in the evening. He never once pressured us to buy a house we weren't 100% sure we loved and kept us informed on things to keep our eye out for when looking for potential issues with a home. He made sure we knew exactly what was going on at all times, and I felt comfortable asking him for help and confident that he would have an answer. When we put an offer on a home and the inspection didn't go as planned, he encouraged us not to lose hope and promised we would find something better.
