The lead agent we worked with was Gary Mercer Jr. From the moment we met Gary, we felt at ease with him. During the selling process his advice was always on the cautious side but the final decisions were left to us. When we made that decision he followed our lead, even if it wasn't what he thought we should do. The selling process can be confusing, and Gary was always reachable, to explain anything we didn't understand. As far as rating Gary Jr., he gets 5 stars, the support team could have been a little more personable, so the overall rating is 4 stars. One never knows how busy they were. Our experience was satisfying and tiring, but we would without a hesitation recommend Gary Mercer's Real Estate Team.

Nic Garcia is an excellent realtor. He is very dependable, trustworthy, transparent and most importantly punctual to the minute. I used to joke to him that one can adjust clock by his timings. He has shown me numerous houses before the current one was finalized. He always checked out the houses, gave me the pros and cons and let me make my decision, meanwhile studying me a customer as to what I want in my dream home. Neven once did he push me to buy a house or show any signs of impatience. Even when I was getting frustrated with the process, he used to reassure me saying, it will take a few house visits for you to understand what you like a dislike and it's part of the process. I cannot stress how grateful we are to Gary for helping us both buy and sell our home. Purchasing a home in the 2022 housing market certainly had its fair share of ups and downs, but Gary navigated our way through every step of it. He knows all of the ins and outs of buying and selling and is 10 steps ahead of so many others in his field. Hes extremely well connected and knew of many houses before they even hit the market which gave us many opportunities. We worked with Gary over a full year to purchase our dream home and sell our existing home. I cant count how many times I said aEURoeThank goodness we have Gary.aEUR?
