Originally from Sonoma Valley, SF Bay Area, Northern California, I was raised in a construction family that taught me the value of hard work, relationships and ultimately what became the creation of my inspiration and passion for real estate and what homes meant to families. After years as a Regional Sales Manager for a nationally based Organic Foods Company, I moved to San Diego in 2006 in search of new experiences and warmer climate and began my real estate career with a national lender based in San Diego, starting as a loan officer and worked up into the banking and management side of the business managing the company's National Business Operations which included Licensing and Compliance, Recruitment and Business Development. From this diverse experience I became well versed with the ins and out of real estate lending which now I am able to pass along the principals to my clientele to help guide them through the entire process from start to finish. After becoming licensed in 2007 I transitioned full time into my true passion into the housing side of real estate and helping people achieve the American dream of homeownership and creating wealth through Real Estate. I have had the opportunity to work along side some of the top professionals in the industry and within the top brokerages in San Diego, collectively gathering experience and innovation and applying it every day to constantly improve my business model in order to create an extraordinary level of service, professionalism while exceeding client expectations and delivering results...ultimately creating an experience worth raving about. Since the launch of my Real Estate Career in 2007, I have been able to facilitate over 215 transaction sides and over $170MM of residential homes and investment properties throughout San Diego County, as well have facilitated acquisitions of Commercial Multifamily Apartment Investments in national markets, and since establishing my residency and licensing in Cabo San Lucas BCS Mexico, have been able to facilitate and guide those crossing international borders to retire or invest in thriving communities like Cabo San Lucas. I am a Realtor, Real Estate Advisor, Real Estate Investor, Entrepreneur, Father of 3, Husband, Friend Colleague, Mentor, Student, Runner, Beach Lover, Traveler, and Voted as one of SDAR's Top 40 under 40 in 2019. I've won awards, certified in multiple real estate designations, market analyst, watched them crash and seen them improve, but the best part of this journey has been all of the compliments and referrals from the clients and the families I've had the opportunity to work with.
