Gary Heiligman

Having spent a career in marketing and underwriting management, Gary ventured into real estate as a branch leader of what at the time was the number one Century 21 company in the nation located in Washington, D.C. In that role he was involved in over 800 real estate transactions which means that when it comes to buying and selling property, there isn't much he hasn't encountered! In 2015 his family decided that 23 years in D.C. was enough and he moved to Chapin to enjoy the Lake Murray lifestyle with his wife, five children and Brody the golden doodle! Gary is a certified mentor for the Peak Producer program, the top Realtor training program in the country, and is very adept at analyzing the local market to help buyers and sellers better understand their options. His greatest joy is in understanding the goals, needs and concerns of his clients and then leveraging his understanding of marketing to help them get to where they want to be. His greatest satisfaction is in utilizing his negotiating skills to obtain the best deals for his clients.
