To the future buyers and sellers of your mountain cabin, thank you for taking the time to search my site! Let me start off by saying if you have decided to buy a cabin - Congratulations! Very few people have the opportunity to own a second home here. If the time has come for you to buy or sell, then I look forward to working with you through this exciting process! I moved to the San Bernardino mountains in 2005 after my tour with the US Air Force. I separated as a Captain after working as an acquisitions officer on the $1.4B GPS satellite system. I had a great time being in the Air Force and serving our wonderful country, but my passion in life is practicing Real Estate. There is nothing better or more rewarding, when my clients are able to realize a life long dream of home ownership. On a daily basis I do my best to take the attributes that I learned in the military and apply them to my Real Estate business. My core values are the same ones that I lived by in the Air Force and I pass them onto my clients: Integrity First - I will always be honest with my clients, if I don't know something I will find out the answer. Jessica and Alex did such a wonderful job helping my husband and I get our first cabin in Big Bear Lake. We had several contingencies to meet in such a short time, but she helped us meet those and offered to help with inspectors, contractors, etc. She even went out of her way to get us the history of the cabin and receipts on previous repairs. Jessica and her team are absolutely amazing. We will definitely be using them in future purchases.

Jessica was a delightful realtor to work with. From the start she was fair in pricing our house, but also really understood the sweat equity that we had spent building, designing and maintaining our short term rental business. She was very effective in the open house, working around existing bookings, so we didnt lose income during the process. Once there was an offer, she kept us in loop at every step and we felt not only informed but that we had someone in our corner to truly represent our best interests. Jessica was extremely responsive and helped us learn and understand parts of the process that were new or confusing. She even went above and beyond taking care of some of the house needs when we werent able to physically be there. Without a doubt Jessica was fantastic and we definitely recommend her service!
