I've always had a passion for real estate- just ask my wife- we've moved 7 times and owned multiple investment properties in our 20 years of marriage. Originally from the Western Suburbs of Chicago, we decided to finally move to Southwest Michigan after purchasing a second home in South Haven. We fell in love with the area and made it our permanent residence in 2014 and became a Realtor in the Fall of 2014. Real Estate is a local business and serving Berrien County in SW Michigan means knowing each unique community. Through my hard work and my commitment to my clients, I've been able to demonstrate year after year an unwavering commitment to my clients and an in-depth understanding of a complex real estate market. My secret skill- I love negotiations. I honed my skills during my career in Reinsurance and now I use those skills to maximize the value of your transaction whether you are selling your home or purchasing your dream home. Besides ensuring I represent you during the negotiations, I also have a strong belief in customer service and strive to make the process simple, productive, and a seamless experience. My largest investment ever, scared me to pieces, but Gary put me at ease instantly. First, he got to know me and my situation as everyone is different. I rented for a long time from a really great man. He was not doing well and had to sell the place. Gary was the listing agent on the rental property. I got to know Gary a bit during that transaction. He called me 24 hours in advance when he was going to show the place and was always very nice and professional. So when I decided to purchase a home and no longer rent, I was so nervous about it. I called Gary to help me out and he reassured me we would find the right home for me and my daughter. He was so positive and realistic. He wasn't trying to make a sale but really wanted to help me make my dream come true and become a homeowner. He went out of his way to show me numerous and I do mean numerous homes. He meet with inspectors and was always the first one to show up at any appointments and even closing. The entire transaction went smoothly. Now we are in our new home and we love it.
