1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure you have talked to your lender prior to looking for a home. That way you are not disappointed when you do not qualify for the you have fallen in love with.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Have your home staged by a professional stager. If staging is done correctly it will increase the sales price of your home and it will sell faster.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with both Sellers and Buyers. I believe this is critical. By working with people representing both sides of the transaction I understand concerns of both side. Then I am able to better represent my client whether they are Sellers or Buyers.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I worked with a young couple to find their first home. I took my time to walk them through the process, answered all their questions and concerns. It took a lot of my time but it is important to provide the service a client needs.
It went great and they were so excited to move into their new home!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was an investor in rental homes and found that I enjoyed learning about the industry and working with people. I get a lot of satisfaction working with and helping people.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have completed a number of classes to improve my negotiation skills so that I can better represent my clients. I also take ongoing classes so that I understand the contract documents that we use.
