Make sure you have talked to your lender prior to looking for a home. That way you are not disappointed when you do not qualify for the you have fallen in love with.

Have your home staged by a professional stager. If staging is done correctly it will increase the sales price of your home and it will sell faster.

I work with both Sellers and Buyers. I believe this is critical. By working with people representing both sides of the transaction I understand concerns of both side. Then I am able to better represent my client whether they are Sellers or Buyers.

I worked with a young couple to find their first home. I took my time to walk them through the process, answered all their questions and concerns. It took a lot of my time but it is important to provide the service a client needs. It went great and they were so excited to move into their new home!
