Gary and his team were really excellent to work with. During our initial meeting, Gary thoroughly explained the state of the market and confidently told us that we should be listing for significantly higher than we initially thought our house was worth. This advice alone earned us probably $20,000, as the other agency we were talking to wanted us to list for much cheaper. That said, Gary came off as a realist who wasn't pushing us to do anything we weren't comfortable with. All the choices were presented with pros and cons and we felt free to decide without feeling pressured. Everything from the showings to the closings was handled really well aEUR" Gary and his team kept us in the loop and we never had to work to get information out of them. They were all gracious with their time and kind people. At one point while packing I got locked out of the house. All it took was one call to Gary's office and they arranged for someone to drive right over with a spare key to let us in. That kind of service is really exceptional!
