I Highly Recommend listing with Garry! We owned the Sparling Road property. We were in a Very difficult situation, disabilities, and the house needed a lot of Attention (putting it mildly). Not sure what to do my husband called Garry to see if he could advise us on how to approach our situation. Long story short.. He came back two days later and rescued/saved us, Literally! He is One of A Kind! Always patient with us, compassionate, accommodating and always available and let me tell you we were a challenge for many reasons. Thank You Garry and Erik! You Rock!

We have purchased and sold 3 houses through garry with zero problems or hangups. He was/ is very attentive to each and every detail of the process. Has excellent negotiation, problem solving skills and his knowledge of the local market is uncanny. Weather purchasing or selling I would highly recommend calling garry to the degree that i keep his buisness cards in my wallet at all times. Calling anyone else would be a mistake.

Gary was and his partner Brenda were great. Neather of them tried to push me in to a bigger house then i wanted. They looked for homes but never out side my budget.
