No question is too simple or complicated for him. He always makes time for you and makes you feel like you understand the process (which, let's be honest, is a complicated one). This is our second time using Garrison. The first time was as buyers, and we were so happy having him help us understand how to buy a starter home. And this time, he sold our home for us. He was clear about every step needed, communicative on all levels, and really came through. I highly HIGHLY suggest working with him.
