Garrett was recommended to us by our loan officer. We told her we wanted someone who can negotiate and work hard on our behalf. I must say Garrett and his team met and exceeded our expectations. Garrett is very knowledgeable of the area we purchased in. Whenever we put in offers he made sure we got the best value for our money. He never mislead us or gave us false hope. He was patient with us, he explained the process to us ( many times) until it was clear to us.
