My wife and I had an amazing home buying experience with Garrett. We had worked with Garrett and his team a few years prior and they were nothing but professional, quick, and easy to deal with. When we approached Garrett about wanting to start looking for a home again, him and the team were ready for us. We had great conversations with his team (Brent and John) and they were able to give us suggestions on how to reach out goal, quickly and comfortably. We finally found a house we were interested in, and Garrett was on it right away. Reaching out to the seller and getting everything in line for inspections and all of that fun stuff. This is the first home we have ever purchased, and we were completely in the dark from lack of knowledge and experience. But any and all questions we had, Garrett and his team were there and answered every single one of them. From negotiating the price, to the sellers credit, and scheduling all of our inspections. Garrett was recommended to us by our loan officer. We told her we wanted someone who can negotiate and work hard on our behalf. I must say Garrett and his team met and exceeded our expectations. Garrett is very knowledgeable of the area we purchased in. Whenever we put in offers he made sure we got the best value for our money. He never mislead us or gave us false hope. He was patient with us, he explained the process to us ( many times) until it was clear to us. Garrett was able to negotiate the selling price, seller's credit, and to top it all off he managed to get the seller to pay off the lease of the solar panels ($12, 000). I think that even Garrett thought that was impossible considering that the listing agent was very difficult to deal with. We would highly recommend Garrett to anyone and we will definitely do business with him in the future.
