I had to sell my condo from out of state. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She was very knowledgeable of the market temperature, realistic on expectations and got me the best price for what we were working with. Not only did she get a good price but she got it fine l done with tenants in my unit and in record time so there was no loss of rent.
