Absolutely the easiest, best buying experience we've ever had. After buying and selling multiple properties over the last few decades, we decided to move to Asheville full time. The Haven team, from Galen to Emily to Mary and Charlene were absolute rock stars from beginning to end. Galen negotiated the deal and we were under contract in under 4 hours! Communication is the key to real estate, and not getting immediate answers when time is crucial can be super frustrating. This wasn't a thing with Haven. Galen and Mary answered everything quickly and with the needed information, and showed great patience for what I call "high anxiety buyers". Charlene kept the documents coming with clear instructions on what needed to be done, and always answered near immediately when we did have a question.
