1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
If you are financing get wit a lender to get pre-approved for your loan, this puts you in a better position when making an offer to a seller. Also, narrow down your search by deciding really what features,location, and price range of properties are important to you.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Put the best face possible on your homes, buyers will make offers according to the condition of your property. Get professional advise about pricing your home, an over or under priced can cost you time and money when trying to sell your property.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Commercial, low income, high income
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had sold a home for a dentist and his wife, later I saw the wife a one of our family reunions, unbeknown at the time of the transaction,we were related, small world.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I always loved architecture and decorating, areas hard to break into,so real estate was a good alternative.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Just always worked with public.
