Meanwhile, she showed me numerous houses, demonstrating expertise in the area--she even persuaded me not to consider one because she knew it would be isolated in bad weather! I felt that she always put the client first, and thought about my best interests in a holistic way. She handled a couple of offers I made that did not work out and connected me to a good, quick, expert home inspector when I had questions about one house, and attended the inspection with me.
