We needed to do a lot of work to prepare our house for sale, and Gail's team knew all the right people to come in and get it done for far less that I could have imagined. Julie, Gail's right hand person, was beyond amazing in connecting me with contractors that could work quickly for a very reasonable price. Not only did our house look FANTASTIC once we went to market, Gail was all-in on getting us the best offer. Within 2 hours of going 'live', we had 5 showings set up. Within 48 hours of going on the market, we'd had ~15 showings and an open house. The first offer came in within a day and we had a contract signed within 2 days...and it was for more than 20K over the asking price! Now this was just for the sale of our old house. One of Gail's agents, John, negotiated the price for the purchase of our new home, and we got far more than we expected from the builder. His expertise in knowing cost for upgrades was the key and we love our new place! All in all, we could not have had a better experience than we did with Gail and her team. From purchase to sale to closing, they were awesome. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
