We chose Gail after interviewing a few realtors. From the start Gail impressed us with her professionalism, her knowledge of the local area, and her marketing materials. Her many years of experience really shows through. During the selling process, she was extremely responsive to every question, walking us through any question we had. The house was on the market quickly after signing with Gail's firm, and also sold pretty fast. There were some questionable offers that Gail advised us not to take, and we appreciated her honesty. A great experience, and we definitely recommend Gail Nyman!

When I look back at everything, I realize all I had to do was provide Gail the home and they took care of the rest. They did the most beautiful job of pictures and advertising of my home. We had an offer with in days. Gail Nyman Group kept me updated all the way. They provided me with different options of moving my furniture, to keeping me informed all the way to closing. They even helped me find an agent in Delaware. Selling my cottage in Southern Maryland was an undertaking that I had dreaded. Not living in that area and selling from a distance, I expected inconvenience and stress. My husband and I had the absolute BEST experience buying and selling property with Delaney! We could not imagine it going more seamlessly. We started the process of selling/buying in April and we closed on both properties on June 14th! So quick! We requested to see houses all over southern Maryland and Delaney was always able to make that happen as quickly as possible whether she or her assistant showed us the house. It didn't feel like we were just another transaction to her. It felt like she genuinely wanted to help us find our dream home. Just as important, we actually had fun along the way instead of being constantly bogged down by stress, and being our 3rd home purchase, we knew it could be stressful! She had all her ducks (and our ducks) in a row so that we never missed an important deadline. She was also extremely thoughtful sending helpful moving gifts along the way like packing supplies and a cute return address stamp when we moved into our new home. We just can't recommend her enough!
