We recently purchased a home and sold our old house with Nicole. Because of Nicole having great connections, contacts, knowing just what we were looking for, and persistence, she was able to find us our dream home (off market) and get our offer accepted. We could not be happier in our forever home and we never would have gotten it without Nicoles expertise and excellent work ethic. Nicole is quick to respond, friendly, and knowledgeable. We also sold our home with her and was able to get us a couple of offers over asking price with just one weekend of open houses.
